In the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 17th 2008 Charity Worley was found brutally bludgeoned to death in the driveway of her home located at 1004 West Gilbert Street in the Barker Heights area of Hendersonville, North Carolina, this was not a random act of violence. During this investigation which was conducted by multiple local, state and federal agencies, the analysis of the evidence shows that the assailant acted alone, the assailant had a personal relationship with Charity, the assailant was familiar with Charity, her habits, and most specifically her morning rituals.
